Cooking Panda is a seasonal subscription box designed for foodies. The subscription box contains over 15 lbs of premium food and beverage products delivered right to door every season.
A NEW LOOK
The brand approached Dolgify to migrate their existing Wordpress site that housed thousands of recipes, tips, and food news over to their existing Shopify store. The Wordpress site was extremely bulky causing several issues for uploading content.
Our first step was designing a custom site that would highlight the seasonal subscription box and the recipes that feature each of the box's products.
When I came to Laura and her team, my website was all over the place and we wanted to transfer everything from Wordpress to Shopify. The team was able to design a beautiful store as well as creating clean and seamless pages where we were able to host and share our recipes on. The Dolgify team was super professional the entire way and kept communication super clear the entire time!
A TASTE OF SEASONALITY
Given the seasonal nature of their brand, we decided to build a color coding system that would allow the team to change their site’s colors globally (per season).
Dolgify also worked hard to migrate and re-format over 6,000 recipes, tips, and food news to showcase on Cooking Panda’s new custom Recipe, Food News, and Food Hack templates.
Custom individual recipe pages were also built with video, ingredient, and instruction sections, as well as “print this recipe” functionality that allows for visitors to effortlessly print the recipe.
